Beef flat iron steak, sunny side up egg,

Le Bec Sucré
Sweet clover waffles, pears and blackcurrant purée, spikenard and cream cheese frosting, maple syrup

Le Pêcheur
Fishcake with nordic shrimps, poached eggs,pickles, hollandaise sauce, potatoes with fir salt

Le Chasseur
Pulled duck glazed with blackcurrant on puff pastry, celery root and apple purée, parsnip roasted salad, poached egg, Chemin Hatley cheese

Le Petit Bonheur
Cassolette of vegetables, tofu croquette flavoured with chaga mushroom and Goria, potatoes rösti,  sunny side up eggs, spikenard sour cream sauce

Brunch comes with two long espresso, tea or one latte served in a bowl. Toast and home made jams only on demand.
